Job Summary Telemundo Atlanta seeks a driven Multi-Media Executive to sell broadcast, web/mobile, events, and digital marketing. The role requires a sales professional who can achieve and exceed revenue goals in a dynamic media environment. Responsibilities Drive revenue on‑air, digital, and event platforms to exceed target goals. Develop sales and marketing strategies, and partnerships across TV, digital, and video. Identify and assess sales opportunities, applying resources and strategies appropriately. Understand sales processes from recording to preparation, maximizing efficiencies and revenue. Provide clients with creative and innovative advertising opportunities. Collaborate with Surge Digital Media to complement Telemundo Atlanta’s offerings. Create weekly revenue projections and reports for management. Lead by example and empower collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Gather, analyze, and present sales data, projections, and market research/ratings to support sales goals and forecast revenue. Qualifications Strong relationship with an extensive list of contacts. Willingness to work beyond normal business hours and weekends when necessary. Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models. Excellent knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis. Strong ability to negotiate, collaborate, and coordinate. Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude. Bilingual—written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
