Compensation Analyst

The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced compensation professional to provide information and analytical insights for the HR team at a top DC law firm. This individual will work with internal teams and to gather relevant datasets regarding compensation and present key insights to HR and leadership teams. Responsibilities Include: Analyze compensation data for the firm's competitive positioning and compliance Work closely with the CHRO and HR team and guide them on offers and pay-equity decisions Recommend program improvements based on the latest compensation updates Take ownership of the firm's salary surveys Partner with the HR team to ensure the departments compliance to pay-practices and job descriptions Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a business field 3+ years of compensation analysis experience supporting a multi-location firm Law firm or professional services firm experience strongly preferred Strong MS Office skills, and especially proficient with Excel Adept knowledge of UKG or other HRIS platforms is strongly preferred Excellent understanding of data tactics, and an organizational and project management mindset Compensation: $82,000 - $110,000 annually DOE Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
