About Manifest.eco
We're a sustainable third-party logistics company (3PL) based in San Marcos, TX. We handle warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment for eCommerce brands with a focus on white-glove service and eco-friendly operations.
The Role
Account Specialists are the frontline of merchant support at Manifest. This is a high-volume, fast-paced support role. You're fielding a large number of tickets daily, resolving issues quickly, and keeping merchants moving. If something's wrong, you're the first to know and the first to act.
This is not a relationship management role. It's a support role that demands speed, accuracy, and consistency. The merchants you serve depend on fast, reliable answers, and you deliver them.
What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound merchant tickets daily via email
- Meet a First Reply SLA, consistently
- Resolve transactional inquiries: order status, shipping issues, inventory questions, billing discrepancies
- Accurately document all interactions in Pylon, our support and ticketing platform
- Escalate to Account Managers when issues require deeper account knowledge or relationship context
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and flag them for documentation
- Keep response quality high even at volume. Accuracy matters as much as speed
Schedule
For the first 90 days, this role is 4 days/week on-site in San Marcos (Tue + Thu required; 2 days your choice). After that, it shifts to hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a customer support role with high ticket volume
- Logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain experience is a strong plus
- Fast, clear written communicator. Thorough and concise at the same time
- Detail-oriented; errors in this role have real downstream consequences
- Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven environment
- Experience with Pylon, Zendesk, or similar support/ticketing platforms
- Google Suite proficiency
- Stays calm and sharp when the queue is full
Compensation
$50,000 – $66,000 OTE depending on experience. Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility begins after the 90-day probationary period. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
