Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction Location: Charlottesville, Virginia Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Comprehensive Benefits An established and highly respected Heavy Civil Contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing operations in Central Virginia. Responsibilities Manage heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee project financials, forecasting, subcontract management, procurement, and change orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project execution. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience within Heavy Civil, Civil Infrastructure, or Site Development. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong financial performance. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working on DOT, municipal, commercial site development, utilities, roadway, grading, or related civil projects is highly desirable.
