Senior Teamcenter PLM Technical Consultant / Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Teamcenter PLM Technical Consultant / Developer with 7 to 12 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Siemens Teamcenter PLM systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PLM architectures and have a proven track record of delivering robust technical solutions. Position Requirement Due to the nature of our projects, ship is strictly required. Key Responsibilities Customization & Configuration: Design, develop, and configure Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, Rich Client, and Active Workspace (AWC) customization. Architecture & Design: Provide technical leadership in defining Teamcenter PLM architecture, data migration strategies, and system integration patterns. System Integration: Develop and maintain interfaces between Teamcenter and external systems (such as ERP, CAD tools, and MES). Upgrades & Support: Lead Teamcenter upgrade projects, apply patches, perform performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex system issues. Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs. Technical Skills & Qualifications 7–12 years of dedicated technical experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM. Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, and JavaScript (specifically for Active Workspace customization). Comprehensive knowledge of BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), Extension points, and workflows. Hands‑on experience with Teamcenter ITK (Integration Toolkit) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) programming. Deep understanding of Active Workspace Client (AWC) configuration, tiling, and UI customization. Additional Qualifications Experience with Teamcenter Data Migration tools (e.g., PLM XML, IPS Upload). Solid understanding of database management (Oracle or SQL Server) related to Teamcenter. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or lead a technical track.
