Drivers operate within a defined regional footprint with structured dispatch coordination designed to maintain steady freight flow and reduce unnecessary delays throughout the week. All dispatched miles are paid, including loaded and empty movement, supporting steady weekly earnings of $1,425 per week to $1,625 per week. Fleet Equipment Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors assigned for regional use APU, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth capability included Outward-facing cameras used for safety monitoring Dry van trailers assigned across the fleet for consistent freight movement Assigned trucks may be parked at home when secure parking is available Equipment assignments are maintained for consistency and driver familiarity. Preventative maintenance scheduling helps reduce downtime and support reliable fleet performance. Freight Profile Freight consists of no-touch dry van shipments with a mix of drop-and-hook and scheduled live load appointments. Drivers focus on steady operation while freight handling is completed at shipper and receiver facilities. Regional lanes are structured to maintain consistent freight availability and dependable weekly routing patterns. Compensation Drivers earn $1,425 per week to $1,625 per week based on dispatched miles. All miles are paid, including loaded and empty, supporting predictable weekly income. Company-paid orientation is provided with orientation pay included. After onboarding, drivers are placed into established regional dry van freight rotations.
