Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Lewiston Woodville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to site needs, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.12 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed. Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, reporting facility concerns, and following established reporting and escalation procedures. Minimum Requirements X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
