Foreman Telecom Underground

At VCI Construction, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications systems and ensure all safety protocols and project timelines are followed. Benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life) 401(k) with Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and more Responsibilities Lead crews to meet project timelines Assist in training of crew members Read and understand blueprints Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Assist Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities Communicate with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues Safely use heavy equipment and machinery Perform work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company A valid driver’s license High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred At least three years of related work experience Previous Foreman experience preferred Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse The wage range for Foreman Telecom Underground is $25.00 - $34.00.
