Guest Experience Agent - Front Desk

Chicago Marriott Naperville

Chicago Marriott Naperville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out with professionalism and clear information. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year hotel front desk or 2 years customer service experience, strong verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overnights.
