Accucare Nursing is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status Position: 1:1 Nurse in Florida, NY Job Details 1:1 nursing in patient’s home Pet cats in the home 21‑year‑old patient with gastrostomy, non‑ambulatory, non‑verbal, seizure activity Flexible scheduling (full‑time, part‑time, or per diem available) Patient‑specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts Weekdays, Weekends & Per Diem Saturday & Sunday Tuesday: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Wednesday: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Friday: 3:30 PM–9:00 PM Requirements NY State nursing licensure required Computer literate Completion of onboarding required prior to training Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift Malpractice insurance Compensation $35 per hour Benefits Competitive compensation Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and high‑need areas Paid vacation & sick time Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and skills labs Flexible work hours & scheduling 1:1 working environment 24‑hour support from administrative team Retirement savings program 401(k) Health insurance for full‑time staff, $0 deductible plans available Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits Referral bonus incentives starting at $500 per referral Remote onboarding available #J-18808-Ljbffr
