For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts.

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
