divh2Receptionist Position at MissionCare at Holyoke/h2pMissionCare at Holyoke is seeking a 32 hour per week Receptionist on Sundays 6:30a-3p, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 3p-11:30p./ppThe primary role of the Receptionist position is to greet people, answer telephones, and assist with light clerical duties./ppResponsibilities:/pulliMaintain sign in/ sign out log. Make sure all visitors and residents sign in and out./liliResident gatekeeper, ensuring residents without privileges do not leave the facility./liliNotifies supervisor when stepping away from the work area./liliReport known or suspected incidents of fraud or resident abuse to the Administrator./liliAnswers telephones./liliGreets visitors and directs them to different places./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMust have, as a minimum, one (1) year of administrative assistant, reception, or clerical experience./liliMust have working knowledge (experience preferred) with various software programs such as WORD, OUTLOOK and EXCEL./liliProficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required./liliMust be able to manage multiple tasks and work with all disciplines in a challenging multi-cultural environment./liliMust be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and, at times, hostile people within the facility./li/ulpCompensation Benefits:/pulliBenefits program, includes health, dental, and vision insurance/liliPaid Time Off, including vacation, personal, and sick time/lili401(k) Retirement program/liliCollaborative work environment/lili*The compensation range identified herein reflects a reasonable, good faith expectation of the hiring range for this position at the time of posting, in accordance with applicable state law.
