Associate Director, Paid Social

The Role We're looking for an Associate Director, Paid Social to provide hands-on strategic and tactical leadership across a portfolio of client accounts, with a strong focus on coaching and quality control for more junior team members' day-to-day work. This role is grounded in deep paid social expertise while contributing to Wpromote's evolution toward an integrated paid media team, where paid social strategy connects closely with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic to drive full-funnel outcomes for clients. This role does not carry formal people-management responsibilities. Instead, you'll be the go-to resource junior team members turn to for account guidance, campaign audits, and executive-ready storytelling, ensuring quality and consistency across the accounts you support. You'll also help evolve paid social best practices, QA processes, and AI-enabled workflows that make the team faster, sharper, and more scalable. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $100,000- $115,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
