For over 50 years, dealerships and service centers have trusted us for high-quality aftermarket upgrades including sunroofs, leather interiors, heated seats, electronics, and more.

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to service and grow our business throughout Maryland's Eastern Shore and select areas in Delaware . If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and maximizing your earnings, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with automotive dealerships, body shops, and service centers
• Proactively prospect, cold call, and generate new business in your territory
• Manage leads, set appointments, and close sales to meet and exceed quotas
• Create and execute territory sales plans to drive growth
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Attend an in-office meeting in Millersville once per month

Territory

• Maryland's Eastern Shore, including select areas in Delaware

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive aftermarket accessories is highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and ability to represent our brand effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a quota-driven environment
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday–Friday
• In-office requirement: Once per month at 760 Generals Hwy, Millersville, MD 21108
