Job Responsibilities

• Provide adult inpatient hospitalist coverage during overnight shifts
• Manage admissions, treatment plans, and discharge coordination
• Provide overnight cross-coverage for hospitalized patients
• Communicate with care teams regarding patient status and treatment plans
• Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy and hospital support staff

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Acute Care certification preferred
• Ability to work independently in overnight hospital settings
• Active Vermont license required
• Prior inpatient hospital medicine experience preferred

Working Hours

Night Shift Schedule
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
