Job Title: CNA/Home Health Aide - (Bath Visit/Home Assessments) Location: San Diego, CA Job Type: Part-time Salary: $30-$35 per visit Job Description We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Home Health Aides to join our team for bath visits and home assessments. As a CNA/Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities. Responsibilities Perform bath visits for patients per care plans Assist with personal hygiene and grooming Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide emotional support and companionship Conduct safetyhome assessments to evaluate client needs and circumstances.
