Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, located in Clinton, Maryland, just 11 miles from Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative Critical Care team in a 15-bed ICU within a well-supported community hospital environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ICU APP seeking a high level of autonomy while working alongside dedicated critical care physicians in a collegial, team-oriented setting backed by one of the region's leading healthcare systems.

Interested in Nocturnist? Dedicated nocturnist opportunity is also available, with a generous nocturnist adjustment applied to either the base annual salary or annual clinical target.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
• NCCPA certification (PA) or AGACNP certification (NP)
• Minimum of one year of inpatient experience required
• ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
