Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team
• Support fall prevention and safety initiatives
• Document care provided according to agency policies
• Collaborate with families and office staff to ensure exceptional client care

Qualifications

Required:

• Active PCA/HHA/CNA certification
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional and dependable work ethic

Preferred:

• Home care experience
• Experience working with dementia or Alzheimer's clients
