GroundskeeperEssential Job Functions:Remove trash, straighten furniture, re-set outdoor furniture in all areas (pool, tiki bar, hammock garden, etc.Trash removal on grounds and outdoor garbage, pool areas and tiki barPower wash/sweep tiki deckRake sand by tiki and hammock gardenRemove weeds and dead palm frondsLeaf blow grassy turf areaWater plantsClean exterior windowsSkim poolRemove trash, dirty towels, etc. from pool areaClean outdoor restrooms at tiki bar and poolMaintain the appearance of all external areas – beach, bocci court, pool decks, etc.Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely mannerPhysical Requirements for this PositionThis is a physically demanding position.
