Mid-Level Auto Body Repair Technician

Position Overview We’re looking for Autobody Repair Techs with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in the United States. Responsibilities Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, large area heavy bodywork such as Bondo repair. Schedule Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Qualifications Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; may be subject to Motor Vehicle Records check. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and in extreme weather conditions. Use safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
