Senior Commercial Project Manager

Greater Dayton Construction Group is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead complex projects and play a key role in driving operational success within our Commercial Division.

Position Overview

This leadership role is responsible for full project oversight, from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage high-level client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic planning and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
Negotiate contracts and manage high-level client relationships
Direct project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
Identify risks and implement solutions proactively
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Contribute to business development and process improvements

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
810+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven leadership and team development experience
Strong financial and operational management skills
Project Management Certification (preferred)
