Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health (PRN)

BrightStar Care of Panama City is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services. Responsibilities What You’ll Do
• Provide personalized 1:1 in-home occupational therapy services
• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility goals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred
