Our commitment to our customer is an educational process based upon an honest, ethical, and open dialogue.The Work:At Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, Assistant Sales Manager/Team Leader is responsible for managing 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers backed by an unstoppable marketing machine with LEADS, LEADS, LEADS. The Sales Manager will assist the team to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.Job Duties:Daily/weekly trainings and call reviewsScreening, Interviewing and Hiring team membersManaging lead conversions and metricsManaging a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely mannerCoaching and motivating the teamAssisting upper management in growing the HECM departmentQualifications:Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBase pay is roughly 70K + Bonus.
