Job Overview
Responsibilities
- To provide a courteous prompt service to our guests answer incoming phone calls within a timely manner seat guests by finding a clean available table pulling out chairs and placing clean menu in front of guest adhere to seating guidelines to ensure equitable dstribution among servers
- Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service.
- Assist with take our orders
- Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service, safety and well being of guests.
- Assist servers when needed.
- Thank every guest upon departure, invite them to return, and wish them a fond farewell
- Working knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Ability to communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Help to maintain a clean and presentable work environment
- Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service
- Be safety conscious to promote the safety of ones self, co-workers and guests at all times
- Adhere to company policy and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
