What You'll Do

• Provide routine and complex nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocol and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective surgical care.
• Support patient and family education before, during, and after procedures.
• Manage contingencies and adapt to patient needs in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Float between two campus locations, primarily at the Lake Area hospital.

What You Need

• Licensed RN in Louisiana or valid compact license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of recent OR/Surgery nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
