Customer Communications Specialist

Partnering with the Customer Communications Specialist, the full-time Customer Communications Intern will focus on reviewing and updating Knowledgebase articles, consolidating content, and supporting the implementation of the Mosaic workflow in a remote environment for a duration of 3 months. Key Responsibilities Review, update, and prepare Knowledgebase articles for publication Consolidate duplicate content and reorganize articles to improve searchability and usability Support the implementation of the Mosaic workflow by reviewing AI-generated content suggestions and determining their publication status Required Qualifications Strong product knowledge Close attention to detail Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
