We are Givaudan. Human by nature.As a Production Planner you will build production planning activities for intermediates and finished goods and manufactured items from other NOAM affiliates. Assure that you create production plans such that products can be manufactured as efficiently as possible, without interruption and supply them on time to our customers. Create a production plan according to schedule and production requirements. Ensure agreed stock levels for customers are met. Minimize write-offs and optimize inventory levels.You will report to NOAM T&W Planning ManagerBased on Cincinnati, OhioSalary range for this position based on candidate experience 65.000 -101.000 per year.Responsibilities:Creation of production plan that is executable and following productivity and service targetsInventory levels exceed company targetsSupply Chain and Commercial Write-off levels meet budgetOptimize service to internal and external customersReview and analyze production requirements in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and production capacity to ensure on time customer response times and product availabilityTrack and review customer orders for production and resale demands, including raw material resaleDevelop an understanding of the replenishment and production processes including MRP, demand and capacityDevelop understanding of technological, food safety and dietary requirements around produced items and production sites, such as allocation matrix, Halal, Kosher.Build effective relationship with key stakeholders and teams such as Customer Care, Production, Scheduling, Raw Material planning, Logistics, Quality, Transport, and GBS Supply Planning.Resolve or escalate supply issues working with internal stakeholders.
