Banquet Server (PT)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our "village". As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by delivering top-notch service and creating a positive guest experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up banquet rooms and event spaces according to the event plan.
• Ensure all tables, chairs, linens, and decorations are arranged appropriately.
• Verify that all required equipment and supplies are in place.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide prompt and attentive service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences.
• Clear tables and banquet rooms efficiently and discreetly.
• Replenish supplies as needed.
• Reset tables for the next service or event.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate guest requests and special instructions to the appropriate personnel.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle and store food and beverages in accordance with health standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with fellow banquet servers and event staff to ensure a cohesive team effort.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
