This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and logistical support to the Department of Health Sciences and Divisions within the Department. This position functions with a high level of independence under general direction of the Division Director, Program Coordinators, and Manager. This position involves a significant amount of public contact with perspective students, faculty, and staff. This position involves a great deal of resourcefulness, and the major purposes of this position are to: serve as program(s) support for the Department of Health Sciences helping with Admissions, Registrar functions, and other administrative assistance as needed. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Management Preferences
Experience working with University systems.
Demonstrated ability to work well with a team.
Excellent time-management skills. Required Licenses/Certifications Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities
This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act. This position will be required to report Clery crimes to the Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training about reporting responsibilities.
