Azure & GCP Data Platforms
DAMA/CDMP knowledge

Good to Have

Healthcare Data Governance experience
Epic, Patient, Provider, Location, and Terminology data domains

Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship operating models.
Define governance roles, data ownership, stewardship processes, policies, standards, and KPI frameworks.
Architect and manage Collibra solutions, including metadata management, business glossary, lineage, governance workflows, and asset registration.
Establish governance processes for Reference Data Management (RDM), enterprise mappings, hierarchies, and crosswalks.
Collaborate with MDM, RDM, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams to embed governance into golden record management, match/merge, survivorship, and enterprise data management processes.
Define metadata architecture, governance controls, auditability, lineage, and stewardship frameworks.
Drive governance and metadata adoption across Azure and GCP environments while enabling transparency for downstream data consumers and data products.
Create key governance deliverables, including Governance Operating Model, Stewardship Framework, Data Ownership Matrix, Business Glossary, Metadata Architecture, and Governance KPI Dashboard.

Preferred Experience

Large-scale enterprise Data Governance and MDM/RDM implementations.
Experience with Informatica MDM and enterprise data platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and governance program leadership skills.

Note: Please submit profiles with strong experience in Data Governance, Collibra, Metadata Management, MDM/RDM, and Informatica MDM. Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
