By using Connect, users in each of these categories can link multiple parties to exchange goods or services. You will turn a fast-changing set of user and product needs into durable platform primitives that work across products, industries, and geographies.The role combines high-leverage strategy with hands-on product execution. You will work through ambiguous, consequential questions like: what should a platform be able to model? What should be simple by default but flexible when needed? How can Stripe make complex financial infrastructure feel effortless for a platform and its users? The outcome of your work will compound. The abstractions you help create will be reused across Connect and Stripe, shaping what new products platforms can build and how quickly they can bring them to market.What you’ll doAs a Product Manager on Stripe’s Connect team, you will shape the strategy and oversee the execution of high-impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platforms.Product development at Stripe is highly collaborative. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams. You will also engage directly with customers and present your plans to Stripe’s leadership team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and advance a compelling product vision for ConnectDevise the strategy for high-impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platformsTranslate product strategy and customer needs into clear product requirementsOversee execution across the teams involved in delivering these initiativesCollaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teamsMeet with customers to understand their needs and gather feedbackPresent product plans to Stripe’s leadership team and incorporate feedbackWho you areWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
