Responsibilities Clinical Education Leadership Initiate, administer, assess, and document clinical education programs, ensuring the highest standards of education for our students. Community Development Foster strong relationships with clinical affiliates and secure new clinical affiliation agreements to expand our network and strengthen our ties within the healthcare community. Student Support Coach, mentor, and advise students, being available to solve problems and provide guidance during their clinical rotations. Supervision Oversee clinical instructors and preceptors at clinical sites, ensuring the fulfillment of program requirements. Qualifications Associate degree and Bachelor's Degree (required) 4+ years of full-time professional experience in Sonography. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE) Specialty Experience in educating students in a clinical setting is a plus. Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and counseling skills.
