Arlington Properties is seeking a Courtesy Officer to help maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at one of our vibrant multifamily communities. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to supplement your income, build rapport with residents, and enjoy the benefit of rent discounts while continuing to make a positive impact. What Youll Do: Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations Support overall community safety through routine patrols Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy Why Youll Love This Role: Positive Impact: Play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
