Pay Range: $1,287.24 - $1,351.60 weekly
Schedule: 12-Hour Days, 07:00 - 19:00, 36 hours per week (Rotating shifts to meet operational needs)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an OT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the OT
• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Ohio licensure
