Key Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions to address various challenges, including family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and more. \n
- Developing personalized treatment plans that encourage effective communication and conflict resolution within families. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support families dealing with issues such as blended family dynamics, medical issues, addiction, and communication difficulties. \n
- Assessing client needs and progress through regular evaluations and adapting treatment strategies as needed. \n
- Maintaining detailed therapy documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards. \n
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest practices in the field. \n
You will be working with a diverse clientele in the Pittsburgh area, focusing on families and individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Your role is essential in promoting resilience and healing among clients dealing with issues such as separation and divorce, family conflict, and blended family adjustments. This position also includes providing care to children and adolescents, closely collaborating with parents to ensure a supportive environment for their development.
Qualifications\nTo qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

- A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- A proven passion for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence. \n
While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

- Previous experience working in a clinical setting with diverse client populations. \n
- Expertise in utilizing telehealth platforms and methodologies for therapy sessions. \n
- Experience dealing with family dynamics and conflict resolution. \n
