Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 4:1 (occasionally 5:1)
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform rhythm identification as assessed upon unit orientation (proctored, non-multiple-choice evaluation with two attempts permitted)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience within the past 3 years
• Strong cardiac assessment and monitoring skills
• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Ability to pass a proctored rhythm identification test upon start
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or high-acuity Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with cardiac arrhythmia recognition and intervention protocols
