Shift Leader-Team Captain

Overview We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become the ultimate ambassador of our brand. This role helps guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to select smoothies and retail products, and provides guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store. The successful candidate will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Responsibilities Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids properly. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Assists in Team Member management throughout shift. Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments. Qualifications Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary. Benefits Free smoothies.
