About the Role They are seeking a driven and organized Audiologist / Hearing Specialist to join their team. This highly autonomous role includes: Managing their own clinics and patient appointments. Conducting in-office hearing tests and fittings. Recommending and dispensing hearing aids to patients. Generating leads and performing initial hearing screenings at community events. Ensuring follow-up care and patient satisfaction. Key Attributes Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in audiology. Organized, motivated, and sales-focused. Master communicator with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care. Training & Support Intensive initial training during Week 1 with ongoing remote support. Mentorship from senior leadership to help achieve clinic and personal growth goals. Benefits & Package Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year. Commission & Bonuses: 10% on sales, plus $25 per event appointment bonus. Paid Vacation: 12 days per year plus 5 sick days plus 5 national holidays. Private Healthcare: 6% contribution toward medical, vision, and dental (optional top-up).
