The Role We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Head of Finance / VP Finance to serve as the company’s senior finance leader and trusted business partner to the CEO and leadership team. As Volta’s first senior finance hire, you will build and scale the finance function during a critical phase of growth and commercialization. This role will lead company‑wide financial planning, fundraising support, board reporting, and operational finance while helping build the infrastructure needed to scale a global biotech company spanning hardware systems, consumables, software, and R&D.
