Job Information Location: 5067 S Wadsworth Blvd, Littleton, CO 80123 Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday) Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year Pay Type: Draw + Commissions, after 60‑day paid training Application Window: Closing June30, 2026 Responsibilities Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features and accessories Identify and understand the customer’s needs, preferences and budget, and assist them in selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent or windshield protection Lead the sales finance process with each customer Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on credit, budget, down payment and trade‑in values Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments and respond to Internet leads Qualifications Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Experience in product or retail sales preferred Competitive drive Heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Ability to learn and use CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage Health Savings Account Company provided life insurance Paid vacation, sick and bereavement days (Benefit Days UT) 401(k) with company match Short and long‑term disability insurance Accident, critical illness, optional life and hospital indemnity insurance Employee Assistance Program that offers counseling, financial or legal sessions Pet Insurance On‑site gym and gym reimbursement Discounts on vehicles, parts and service for employees Equal Opportunity Employer Schomp Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
