Test and Code Compliance Coordinator

Job Overview We are looking for a Test & Code Compliance Coordinator for KONE Americas to support our branches in Trumbull, CT, Albany, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY. The role will be 100% in office during training and will transition to a hybrid schedule at the nearest branch. Responsibilities Manage local and district processes for scheduling and interface with Service/Repair Supervisors, customers, 3rd‑party inspection companies, and local regulatory bodies to schedule testing and inspections. Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialists for planned repairs to support efficient technician and crew schedules. Work with Branch Staff on expectations, processes, and information required to support Testing and Code Compliance processes. For branches not on ATI Tender Creation, create billable tenders for testing and inspections for customers, follow up to obtain approval, create Billable Service Orders, and requisition parts. Lead, coordinate, and maintain accuracy of the Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI), SAP contractual testing requirements, and report weekly to the General Manager, Service and Solutions. Track, manage permits, and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers. Adapt to and implement changes resulting from tracking and monitoring local regulatory directives, violations, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) code compliance. Manage invoice disputes on billable testing and inspections. Qualifications At least 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience. High School education or equivalent. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Well organized.
