Senior Change Manager

To support a multi-year transformation initiative, the full-time Senior Change Manager will shape and deliver change management strategies for large-scale projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement and change adoption in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain an integrated organizational change management approach for specific transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to align on change management activities and produce communication materials for effective engagement Lead the implementation of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness checks, and monitoring of change adoption metrics Required qualifications An advanced university degree (Master's) in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field A minimum of seven years of experience in leading organizational change management activities for large-scale program implementations Experience managing stakeholders in complex environments and building relationships across diverse groups Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management) is highly desirable Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is desirable
