• Medical Direction Model: Supervise 6 skilled CRNAs-no solo cases.

• Up to $600k base + extra shift/call pay

• Level III Trauma Center | Critical Access Hospital
• 5 ORs | 4,000–4,500 cases/year | 350 deliveries/year
• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Minimal call: CRNAs take first call; you support C-sections

• BC/BE Anesthesiologist
• Strong in OB & regional anesthesia
• Leadership mindset & team spirit

Must be able to perform:

• Femoral
• Anterior/Posterior Sciatic
• Adductor Canal
• Popliteal
• IPACK
• TAPs/Subcostal TAPs
• Paravertebral
