Our medical philosophy centers on autonomy, preventive care, client education, and empowering doctors with strong technician and operational support. Practice type: General Practice (Small Animal, currently cat-focused with expansion into canine care)

Avg. daily patient volume: High technician support per doctor

Support staff ratio: Strong technician and assistant support per doctor

Case mix: preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, and soft tissue surgery

Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, cold laser, surgical laser, and additional advanced clinical tools

Team culture: Kind, collaborative, supportive, medically progressive, and free of internal competition or burnout scheduling

$120,000 - $165,000 annual salary + production bonus
