Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice providing Medicare-covered therapy for older adults. We support therapists with care navigators, admin help, and a collaborative clinical team, all from home. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) fully remote.
