Senior Workday Analyst

Focused on optimizing HR technology, the full-time Senior People Operations Information Analyst will manage Workday systems, reporting, and integrations while collaborating with HR, IT, and operational stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Workday, including solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple functional areas Act as the Reporting Lead for HR, creating advanced reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and integrity Oversee Workday integrations and security management, collaborating with internal teams to ensure reliable system functionality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong functional and technical capability across HCM and related modules Must be Workday Pro certified in Integrations, Security, and Reporting Experience with Workday reporting, integrations, and security administration Strong analytical skills with experience conducting audits and process reviews
