About The Role

This role is designed to streamline the onboarding and end-to-end execution of partners, ensuring new alliances launch successfully and scale efficiently. This position is highly cross-functional and focused on ensuring launches, onboarding processes, and ongoing operational initiatives move efficiently across internal teams including Product, Compliance, Finance, Ops, and Marketing.

This person will help drive visibility into partner readiness, operational blockers, and launch timelines while improving internal processes, documentation, and coordination workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, comfortable managing multiple parallel projects, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and execution workflows for partners to scale the team’s operational capacity.


• Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners, actively improving partner onboarding timelines and reducing operational bottlenecks across internal teams.


• Create and maintain robust operational infrastructure (playbooks, trackers, follow-up cadences, and launch checklists) for Partnerships processes.


• Lead cross-functional meetings and follow-ups to improve collaboration and alignment between Partnerships, Product, Compliance, Finance, Ops, and Marketing.


• Track launch readiness, identify operational blockers, and support successful launches, followed by rigorous post-launch operational performance monitoring for new partners and payment rails.


• Increase visibility into partner status, blockers, and launch readiness through clear and structured reporting for stakeholders.


• Actively help improve operational processes and internal tooling to drive efficiency.


• Ensure seamless execution coverage and operational continuity during temporary team bandwidth gaps, including maternity leave support.

Requirements

• 100% fluent in both English and Spanish is required, as you will interact with global cross-functional teams and regional partners.


• Proven track record in project coordination and operational execution, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables seamlessly.


• Strong ability to align and drive execution across diverse internal teams such as Product, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.


• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with a laser-focused attention to detail to ensure zero slip-ups during partner launches.


• Ability to integrate AI tools and automation into daily operations to eliminate bottlenecks, build smarter playbooks, and optimize partner onboarding pipelines.


• High comfort level with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. A true self-starter who exhibits extreme ownership and a bias for action.


• Elite written and verbal communication skills to build clear playbooks, trackers, and structured reporting.


• Prior exposure to Fintech, cross-border payments, or operational environments is highly valued.


• These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
