We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized General Manager to oversee daily operations of our small team and ensure the smooth running of our store. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage responsibilities with minimal supervision and share our commitment to long-term growth and success. The position includes flexible, on-call hours that may require early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend visits.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and workflow
- Supervise and support a team of 5-20 employees
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Oversee inventory management and control
- Ensure excellent customer relations and service quality
- Manage financial processes and budgeting oversight
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
- Address operational problems and provide solutions
- Prepare reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in general management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Financial management expertise
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Adaptability to changing work demands
