Chef With American Breakfast Experience WantedPrimary Staffing is seeking an experienced Chef with American Breakfast experience to join a well-established restaurant and steakhouse operation in Hanover Park, IL. This position is ideal for an experienced culinary professional who can prepare high-quality dishes, maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation, and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous Chef experience, strong knowledge of American-style breakfast preparation, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.Prepare American-style breakfast dishes using proper cooking techniques.Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations.Monitor food quality and follow proper food-handling procedures.Support kitchen operations during high-volume service periods.Assist with proper ingredient usage and inventory awareness.Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations.RequirementsPrevious Chef experience required.American Breakfast cooking experience required.High-volume kitchen experience preferred.Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, and timing.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.ScheduleMonday – Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMWednesday: ClosedThursday – Sunday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PMDress CodeBlack shirt.Additional kitchen-safe attire as required.Compensation$15.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
