Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, DynamoDB, SQL, Angular, and Micro Frontend architecture . The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The role requires strong backend development skills combined with modern frontend technologies to deliver high-performance, secure, and cloud-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 17/11/8, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Develop scalable Microservices following domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture principles.
• Build reusable and maintainable RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Implement Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud components.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume transactional systems.
• Develop asynchronous processing solutions using Kafka producers and consumers.
• Implement distributed caching and resilience patterns using Circuit Breakers, Retry mechanisms, and Load Balancing.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

Microservices Architecture

• Design loosely coupled, independently deployable Microservices.
• Implement API Gateway, Service Discovery, centralized configuration, and distributed logging.
• Develop fault-tolerant services using resilience patterns.
• Build secure service-to-service communication.
• Optimize containerized Microservices deployed on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Implement centralized monitoring and health checks.

API Development & Integration

• Design and document REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Develop secure APIs using OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, and role-based authentication.
• Integrate with third-party services using REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
• Perform API versioning and lifecycle management.
• Implement request validation, exception handling, and API throttling.

Apache Kafka

• Design event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Develop Kafka Producers and Consumers for asynchronous messaging.
• Implement event streaming and real-time data processing.
• Configure Kafka topics, partitions, replication, and consumer groups.
• Ensure reliable message delivery with retry mechanisms and dead-letter queues.
• Monitor Kafka performance and optimize throughput.

Database Development

• Design scalable data models using SQL and DynamoDB.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and indexing strategies.
• Optimize database performance and query execution.
• Implement NoSQL solutions using DynamoDB for high-volume applications.
• Manage data consistency, partitioning, and indexing strategies.
• Perform database migrations and schema evolution.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive web applications using Angular.
• Create reusable Angular components, services, directives, and modules.
• Build dynamic Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Integrate Angular applications with REST APIs.
• Implement reactive forms, routing, lazy loading, and state management.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

Micro Frontend Development

• Design and implement Micro Frontend architecture using Angular.
• Develop independently deployable frontend modules.
• Enable seamless integration of multiple frontend applications.
• Implement Module Federation for code sharing.
• Ensure consistent UI/UX across Micro Frontend applications.
• Manage shared libraries and version compatibility.

Security

• Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
• Configure OAuth 2.0, JWT, Single Sign-On (SSO), and role-based access control.
• Protect applications against common security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure secure API communication using and encryption standards.
• Follow secure coding practices and compliance requirements.

Cloud & DevOps

• Develop containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Utilize centralized logging and application monitoring tools.
• Support production deployments and release management activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Create integration tests for Microservices and APIs.
• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Resolve production issues through debugging and root cause analysis.

Agile & Collaboration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Estimate development effort and provide technical recommendations.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience implementing observability using ELK Stack, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
